|Q: What shipping company do you use to deliver the orders?|
A: We will deliver your order via UPS.
Q: Will you offer shipping insurance?
A: All of the contents are insured against damage and loss with no extra charge.
Q: How soon will my order be processed and shipped out?
A: If you have placed your order before 1p.m. (EST) it will be processed the same day (this is true only when there are no problems verifying the funds).
Q: How will you notify me of shipment of my order?
A: A conformation email with the tracking # will be sent to you by our automated system.
Q: What if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
A: Even though we are trying to keep our supplies full, occasionally we do have items that are out of stock. In that case we will substitute the ordered item for any other item of the same value or less, or gladly refund your money.
Q: For how long are the gourmet foods in my basket going to be fresh?
A: All of the gourmet foods are best to be consumed within 6-9 months.
Q: Will orders shipped outside of US be charged any extra fees?
A: We will not be responsible for any custom or any other fees imposed by another government.
Q: Will you collect sales tax?
A: By State Law, we are required to collect sales tax on every order shipped within PA.
Q: Why do you need the phone # of the recipient?
A: The delivery service (UPS) requires this information for the prompt delivery or if they have a problem finding the location.
Q: Can a message be send with my gift?
A: Yes, please do not forget to include your message in a designated area and your gift will be delivered with a gift card.
Q: What discounts do you offer?
A: We will give 5% discount for orders over $1500, 10% for orders over $3000.
